Motivational Speaker, Blogger, Life Coach and Mom
Brittany has a passion for helping others be their best selves. After seeking general therapy, she discovered EMDR therapy, which changed her life. Brittany realized that she needed to face her past in order for her future to be the best it could possibly be. She started Think Fifty Twenty as a way to speak into the hearts and minds of individuals who need a little positivity in their lives. Everyone has a past, and if you can utilize that past to empower yourself or others, why not try?
Brittany began speaking as a Victim Impact Panel speaker for Mother’s Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and realized that speaking was her true calling. She enjoys speaking at middle and high schools, as well as company trainings and retreats. Brittany is currently working on her first book, “You’re Going to Judge Me.” She is a single mom to a 9-year-old boy, and is training for her first marathon. She believes in self-care before caring for others, and that mindset has allowed her to grow personally and professionally and push beyond her limits.
